UltraScape Flowpoint Fine is a professional-grade, rapid-setting flowable grout designed to create smooth, durable joints between paving units. Its fine formulation is particularly suitable for porcelain paving and narrow joints, delivering a neat, seamless finish across domestic and commercial paved areas.
The high-fluid consistency allows the grout to flow effectively into joints, helping create strong, rigid and void-free jointing. It is suitable for patios, pathways, driveways, pedestrian areas, town centres and carriageways.

Application Information
Add the recommended amount of clean water and mix thoroughly until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Pre-soak the paving surface and ensure all joints are clean and free from debris before application.
Pour the mixed grout over the paving and move it into the joints using a suitable neoprene squeegee. Once the grout has achieved its initial set, clean the paving thoroughly using a brush and plenty of water. Do not allow grout residue to dry on the paving surface.
Coverage will vary depending on slab dimensions, joint width and joint depth.
