Return & Refund Policy

We aim to ensure you are satisfied with every order from East Yorkshire (Venus Stones). Please read our policy carefully before making a return.

 

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and in original condition.

  • Custom or cut-to-size orders are non-returnable.

  • Returns are accepted only with prior written approval from our support team.

 

2. Return Process

  • Contact [support@venusstones.com] with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, return the items to the address provided.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

 

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned goods.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund as appropriate.
