Nexus ProJoint Fusion – 15KG
Nexus ProJoint Fusion is a high-strength, ready-to-use brush-in jointing compound designed for natural stone and concrete paving. Its pre-mixed formula makes filling joints between paving slabs and setts quick and straightforward, making it suitable for professional installers and DIY projects.
The permeable resin-based formula allows water to drain through the joints, helping reduce surface water and pooling. Once cured, it creates a durable, frost-resistant and weed-resistant joint without permanently staining the paving.

Application Information
The paving should be clean, stable and installed on a full, permeable bedding mortar. Before application, ensure the joints are at least 3mm wide and cleaned to a minimum depth of 25mm.
Apply when the surface temperature is between 3°C and 25°C. Thoroughly wet the paving, brush the compound into the joints and lightly mist with water to help compact the material. Remove any excess using a clean, soft brush.
Under dry ambient conditions, the surface may accept foot traffic after approximately 12 hours. Cold or wet conditions can significantly increase curing time, and full strength is reached after approximately 28 days.

Important Information
ProJoint Fusion is intended for pedestrian areas only and is not suitable for vehicle-trafficked surfaces. It is also not recommended for porcelain paving; Nexus ProJoint RapidFlow should be used for porcelain installations. Testing a small area before full application is recommended, particularly when working with sensitive, sawn or grey paving.
